After a full explanation of my injuries, the instructor gave me a few special movements and started
me with Tai Chi Chung and Qi Gong breathing. After a few days practice,
the agonizing pain in my lower back was gone.
After a month or so, I was able to return to work.
My doctors and other care givers were surprised at the turn in my recovery and attributed it to Chung Moo Doe.

The arthritis that I had in my hands and feet for the past 22 years was getting
worse causing me to become progressively weaker with the ever increasing pain.
...
The more I practiced the better, stronger and more alert I became.
Happily I can say that I am without pain that I once tolerated.
I can remember after my first year of training being able to plant 100 tulip bulbs and how happy I was to be able to use my hands.
Other areas in my life have also improved dramatically and my doctors said "don’t stop whatever you are doing, it works."

Practicing proper moo doe movements releases stress and alleviates other negative factors that steal energy and threaten success.
The increased energy that comes from practice combines with knowledge and experience gained in the practice room to build confidence
and determination. You can then use these attributes to set realistic,
achievable goals knowing that you have what it takes for greater success.
